Extensive experience goes into sourcing the most promising land for development in our closely targeted markets. The viability of any potential deal – including cost, planning concerns and market factors – is the key consideration behind the acquisition of any land by CapLab and our partners.

The land acquisition is often sourced in rising economic/opportunity development zones in order to capitalize on rezoning and the upside of other development in the area.
